2) Your Content (Inputs) and Generated Output

“Inputs” means content you submit to the Service (for example: brand name, URL, descriptions, CTAs, or uploaded image packs). “Outputs” means content generated by the Service (for example: captions, slide text, and exported image files).

• You retain ownership of Inputs. You grant us a limited licence to process Inputs solely to operate and improve the Service.
• You may use Outputs for your lawful purposes, including commercial use, subject to these Terms and any third‑party rights.
• No exclusivity: similar Outputs may be generated for other users.

3) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law or regulation, or facilitate wrongdoing;
• infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of others;
• upload or distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or probe the Service’s security;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse rate limits, or use automated means to access the Service without permission;
• generate or publish misleading, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content.

4) Third‑Party Platforms & Assets

The Service may help you create content intended for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. If you use curated image packs or upload your own images, you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use those images and to overlay text or branding on them.

5) Plans, Billing, and Renewals

The Service may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the then‑current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your billing portal or by contacting support.

6) Refunds

Unless required by law, subscription fees are generally non‑refundable. However, we may provide refunds or credits at our discretion in cases such as accidental duplicate charges. If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us promptly.

7) Availability, Changes, and Termination

• We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service.
• You may stop using the Service at any time.

8) Disclaimers

The Service and Outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that Outputs will be accurate, suitable, or effective for any particular purpose (including marketing performance, engagement, sales, or platform results). You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before publishing.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atrus Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Atrus Ltd from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your Inputs, your use of Outputs, or your breach of these Terms.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
